Eagle Hills launched the Riga Waterfront project in Latvia

According to Amac News: Eagle Hills said that the total value of this project is more than 3 billion euros.
This project provides about 8,000 designed residential units that can accommodate more than 30,000 residents.
According to the plan, the project includes the construction of more than a thousand hospitality units, mesmerizing ice skating rinks, a marina for ships and yachts, a shopping mall, and public green spaces.
Dr. Thani bin Ahmad Al Zayoudi, Minister of Trade of the UAE, emphasized the strengthening of relations between the UAE and Latvia and pointed to the significant growth of trade relations and investment in various sectors.
He added that the launch of the "Riga Pier" project emphasizes the deep cooperation between the UAE and Latvia and presents Latvia as a key economic and investment partner in the Baltic region. Both countries are focused on strengthening cooperation in several areas of mutual interest.
Leveraging cutting-edge technology, the project creates a pioneering path in sustainability and innovation through smart infrastructure, green practices, smart waste management systems, and energy-efficient buildings, unique to residents.
